My name is Evlicia and I own and operate Ya-Ya Learning Center located in the south suburbs of Chicago, Illinois. I have been providing home day care for 4 years and have been in the childcare field for 10 years.

I am the mother of 3 children 2 boys and a girl.  I love working with children of all ages. I have worked at different types of childcare facilities. One center I worked for 2 years providing care for children ages 0-5 years of age. I also worked the summer camp for ages 6-12 where we did weekly outings and swim days at a local pool. The other center was a head start program where I worked for 6 years in the toddler classroom, where I was the lead teacher. I worked with children daily age 2-5 years of age. I planned daily lessons for the children to learn and grow while having fun.

I have an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education and continue to attend workshops and classes to further my education.
